SudokuFit
SudokuFit works entirely on your iPhone. We have no accounts, no servers, no ads and no analytics, so your clothing photos never reach us.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SudokuFit (the "app"), published by Meyris Marketing ("we", "us"), handles your information.
Information we collect
We do not collect any information through the app. It does not connect to the internet, and it contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party code. We cannot see your photos or anything else you do in the app.
Information stored on your device
The app keeps the following on your device so that it can work:
- Clothing photos you take with the camera or choose from your photo library
- Versions of those photos with the background removed
- The outfit collections you save, including their names and the combinations you check off
- A setting that records whether you have finished the introduction
Backgrounds are removed by Apple's on-device image tools, so your photos are not uploaded for processing.
Camera and photo access
The app uses the camera only when you choose to take a photo of a clothing item, and uses your photo library only to let you pick clothing photos. You can change camera and photo permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Device backups
If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, iOS may include the app's saved photos and collections in that backup. Those backups are managed by you and Apple under your backup settings, and we cannot access them.
Apple
Apple runs the App Store and may collect information about downloads and, if you opt in, share anonymous crash and usage statistics with developers. Apple's handling of that information is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Deleting your information
You control everything the app stores. Deleting a saved collection removes it and its photos, unless another saved collection still uses them. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Copies in an earlier device backup remain until that backup is replaced or deleted.
Your privacy rights
We do not sell or share personal information, and because we do not collect any through the app, we hold none to access, correct or delete. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and you can ask us to delete that correspondence. You may have additional rights under the laws where you live, such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, and you can contact us about them at any time.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
Terms of Use
By downloading or using SudokuFit, you agree to these terms.
License
Your use of the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
Your content
Your photos and collections remain yours, and we claim no rights in them. Please only add photos that you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully, and not to copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.
Your data and backups
Your content exists only on your device and in any backups you make, so we cannot recover it if it is lost or deleted.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Outfit combinations are suggestions for personal use only, and background removal may not always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
